| Description: | Provides principal secretarial support in an office, normally to one middle or upper management individual and to the subordinate staff of that individual.
This position is for bid purposes. |
| Duties: | Maintains close coordination and is highly responsive to day-to-day activities of the staff.
Works independently while receiving limited of detailed supervision and guidance.
Performs varied clerical and secretarial duties requiring knowledge of office routine and an understanding of the organization, programs, and procedures related to the work of the office.
Is proficient with Microsoft Office.
Maintains a professional office atmosphere and work place, meets and greets important and high ranking visitors and understands Navy protocol and customs.
Coordinates and maintains meeting room calendars.
Performs varied duties including or comparable to the following: responds to routine telephone requests that have standard answers; refer calls and visitors to appropriate staff.
Controls mail and assures timely staff response; may send form letters; maintains staff's calendar, makes appointments, and arranges for meeting rooms; maintains recurring internal reports, such as contractor time and leave records, office equipment listings, correspondence controls, and training plans; printing, maintenance, or other services.
Establishes and maintains office files.
Other Duties as Assigned.

| Qualifications: | High School Diploma or Equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in administration
Must be a US Citizen
Must have or be able to obtain a Secret Clearance. The Secret Clearance process will include requesting a credit history.
