Administrative Assistant

Description:Provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects
Duties:• Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, and personnel requirements; implementing changes
• Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions
• Provides information by answering questions and requests
• Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Must have Reporting Skills, Administrative Writing Skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Managing Processes, Organization, Analyzing Information , Professionalism, Problem Solving, Verbal Communication
• Must be proficient in clerical and administrative procedures
• Must have exceptional customer services skills
• Other Duties as Assigned
Qualifications:• AA/AS degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience; advanced degree a plus.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Strong planning, organizing skills and attention to detail for accuracy.
• Providing exceptional customer service is a must.
• Must be able to pass a Nation Agency Check.

• Physical Requirements:
A. Must be able to walk or stand on level and/or inclined surfaces and sit for extended periods of time.

D. Must be able to routinely grasp or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbows / knees, and reach above / below shoulders.
E. Works in a normal office environment with controlled temperature and lighting conditions.
